  3.                       Registering ANARKEY by Credit Card
  4.                       ----------------------------------

  6.    As a service to ANARKEY users who wish to register by credit card,
  7. arrangements have been made with the Public (Software) Library (PSL) to
  8. handle all credit card registrations.  The PSL accepts both Visa and
  9. MasterCard.
  10.  
  11.    Non-U.S./Canadian residents are especially encouraged to register by
  12. credit card.
  13.  
  14.    Credit card registration is provided for NEW registrations only.
  15. Registered users who wish to order a copy of the next version must do so by
  16. sending a check or money order directly to the author, Steven Calwas.  The
  17. fees associated with credit card orders are too high to provide this service
  18. for update disks.
  19.  
  20.    Credit card registrations may be made by either:

  22.         -- Calling the Public (Software) Library at their toll-free number:

  25.                           713-665-7017    -- To inquire about your order

  27.         -- Or writing to the PSL.  You must fill out both the order form (in
  28.         the file ORDERFRM) AND the credit card form contained at the end of
  29.         this file.  Send BOTH forms to:

  35.    In addition to providing a credit card registration service, the Public
  36. (Software) Library also maintains a vast library of shareware and public
  37. domain programs and prints a monthly magazine announcing new releases and
  38. general software news.

  41. credit card registrations for NEW registrations.
